Oz Exteriors

OzExteriors is a family-owned roofing company serving the Illawarra and Sydney regions, specialising in roof replacements, restorations, and exterior upgrades.
With a strong reputation on the ground but little digital traction, they needed a lead gen strategy that didn’t just make noise – but delivered jobs.

We built a funnel from scratch that started with video views and scaled into a multi-step campaign with serious results.

The challenge

Oz Exteriors came to us after being burned by agencies before. They’d paid for ads that didn’t perform, watched their CPL climb past $200 and were ready to give up on digital altogether.

But the demand was there – they just needed a team who knew how to target smart, test properly, and optimise for results.

Location-based creative testing

We broke targeting into Sydney and Wollongong, testing the same creative, copy, and spend across both.

The winning combos were used to build segmented retargeting campaigns that converted with far higher intent.

Video view campaigns for data mining

We launched broad video campaigns to get cheap CPMs and gather engagement data. Users who watched a percentage of the video were dropped into custom audiences – then retargeted with specific offers.

From urgency-based ads to trust-driven messaging, we found the angles that hit, built creatives around them and used the data to dial in what worked.
