Reggies

Reggies is a men’s underwear brand that does the basics better – premium quality, perfect fit, no fuss.

Australian-owned, locally made, and built for guys who want comfort that lasts longer than a marketing gimmick.

Just really good underwear. No seriously, we still wear them.
When Reggies came to us, there was no brand. No content. No website. Just a product – and a damn good one.

They needed someone to take it from concept to commerce, fast. We handled the full build: strategy, design, photography, dev, tracking, and ad launch.

The mission? Make a name for Reggies in a crowded category without cutting corners or chasing trends.

The challenge

Reggies was launching into a highly competitive market with zero existing brand awareness. There were no assets, no ad account, no tracking – just a product and a blank slate.

The challenge? Build everything from scratch, stand out in a crowded DTC space, and start converting traffic fast. We needed to create not just a good-looking brand, but a profitable one – with strong foundations and real returns.

/ Strategy 1

Brand identity and visual language development

We built Reggies to look as good as it feels. That meant designing a visual identity with staying power: a clean, modern logo, masculine but minimal typography, and a confident colour system that worked across packaging, socials, and ads.

We directed a full-day shoot (product + lifestyle) in an Airbnb to create a high-quality content library before launch – covering everything from ecomm to lookbook to paid ad creative. Every asset was crafted with brand consistency in mind.

Conversion-first Shopify build with CRO best practices

The site was designed not just to show off the product – but to sell it. We built the Shopify store with CRO fundamentals baked in: clear hierarchy, above-the-fold CTAs, urgency triggers, customer reviews, and clean mobile UX.

The site wasn’t heavy on features – it was focused on frictionless flow from browse to checkout, supported by strong brand visuals and simple copy that did its job fast.

Meta ads full-funnel build with pixel tracking

We launched a full-funnel paid ads strategy on Meta – cold, warm, and retargeting – with creative tailored to each stage of the funnel. Static imagery, brand UGC, and short-form video were all tested for performance.

We set up Meta Pixel tracking from the ground up, so we could optimise against real conversion data, not just clicks. Early campaigns focused on building awareness and site sessions; once the pixel matured, we scaled into conversion objectives with measurable ROAS.
