AI use & disclosure

1. Our approach to AI

Aesthetic Ventures Pty Ltd (ABN 23 688 528 716), trading as Aesthetic ("Aesthetic", "we", "us" or "our"), uses AI tools to support the delivery of our services. We treat AI as an assistant that speeds up and strengthens the work of skilled people, not as a replacement for human strategy, judgment or craft. A person is always responsible for what we deliver.

2. Where we use AI

Depending on the project, we may use AI tools to help with:

• drafting and editing copy, outlines and ideas;
• research, analysis and summarising information;
• brainstorming creative concepts and campaign angles;
• generating or editing images, video and design assets;
• reviewing data, performance and reporting; and
• building automations and improving internal efficiency.

3. Human oversight

Every AI-assisted output is reviewed, edited and approved by a member of the Aesthetic team before it reaches you or goes live. AI informs the work; it does not make final decisions. Strategy, tone, accuracy and brand fit are always checked by a person.

4. Protecting your data and confidentiality

We are careful about what information goes into AI tools. In particular:

• we do not put your confidential information or sensitive personal data into public or consumer AI tools;
• where we use AI on project information, we use reputable tools with appropriate privacy and security settings; and
• we take reasonable steps to use tools and settings that do not use your data to train public models.

Our handling of personal information is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

5. Accuracy

AI can produce information that is incorrect, outdated or biased. We fact-check claims, figures and references before relying on them, and we do not present AI output as verified data unless it has been checked. We encourage you to review deliverables and let us know if anything looks off.

6. Originality and intellectual property

We take reasonable steps to ensure AI-assisted work is original and does not copy third-party material. Ownership of the deliverables we create for you is governed by our Terms of Service. You should be aware that the legal status of purely AI-generated material can vary between jurisdictions; where this matters for your project, we will discuss it with you.

7. What we will not do

We do not use AI to:

• fabricate statistics, reviews, testimonials or results;
• create deceptive, misleading or deepfake content, or impersonate real people; or
• breach the rules of the advertising and content platforms we work in.

8. Your choices

If you would prefer we limit or avoid the use of AI on your account, let us know and we will work with you to agree an approach that suits your business.

9. Changes to this policy

AI tools and best practice are evolving quickly. We may update this policy from time to time, with the current version published on this page and its effective date shown above.
