The strategist behind the strategy. Kristina founded Aesthetic to do the thing most agencies don't: connect web design, paid advertising, SEO and email into one system run by a single accountable brain, rather than a relay of juniors who each see one slice of the funnel.
The short version
Kristina didn't train into marketing, she backed into it from the owner's seat. Ten years ago she was running her own businesses, dropshipping stores and a skincare label, and doing every channel herself: the ads, the website, the SEO, the sales. Six years ago she turned that hands-on experience into a profession and pursued marketing for real. Learning it on her own money is where she picked up the only number that ever mattered to her, the return, not the reach.
Most marketing problems aren't really marketing problems. They're handover problems: the ads team doesn't talk to the web team, the web team doesn't talk to whoever writes the emails, and the strategy gets diluted at every desk it crosses. So she works across the whole stack instead, paid advertising on Google and Meta, SEO, web design and development, conversion optimisation, email and the strategy that ties them together, which means the person planning your funnel is the person building it.
The work spans 100+ brands across Australia, the USA and New Zealand, from trades and construction to universities, medical, finance and ecommerce. She has managed more than $20 million in ad spend and scaled startups from zero to high seven figures in under a year, every account built on tracking that tells the truth rather than vanity metrics that flatter it.
The method leans on the StoryBrand framework and a proprietary website system built to turn visitors into customers, not visits into traffic reports. And when most people would clock off, she's usually still building, writing software and coding sites on weekends for the love of it.
In her own words
I didn't come to marketing from marketing. I came to it from running my own businesses, dropshipping stores, a skincare label, doing my own ads, my own site, my own everything. That's where I learned the only metric I care about: the money that actually lands in the account.
Running the business was never the part that got me out of bed. Building the whole machine was, the paid, the web, the SEO, the leads, the sales, all of it pulling in one direction. So that's what I do now, for you instead of me.
I'm not here to get you more clicks or a prettier feed. I'm here to make you money. Everything else is just the route to it.
